The interpretation of an airborne thermal infra-red linescan geophysical survey lead to the successful defining and mining of alluvial target areas in the Ventersdorp area.
Platinum
Compiled a scoping study for African Platinum (Afplats); investigated the potential on the Merensky Reef and other platinum occurrences within and remote from the Bushveld Complex.
Base metals
Western, eastern and northern limbs of the Bushveld Complex Chromitites including the UG, MG and LG groupings: Ag, Pb, Zn, Cu deposit in the Northern Cape Province; high grade Ni deposit adjacent to the Limpopo river.
